Gilbert & Sullivan’s amusing operetta, “Trial by Jury” and other favorite pieces will be performed at the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum for one night only! Come to the historic courtroom in the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum for an entertaining performance.
Double D Productions (Elizabeth Bond and Emily Bond) present Gilbert & Sullivan’s light-hearted operetta, “Trial by Jury” along with “Other G & S Favourites” (featuring tunes from other comedic operas such as “H.M.S. Pinafore”, “The Pirates of Penzance” and “The Mikado.”
Featuring soloists from around Colorado: Judeth Shay Comstock, Katherine Johnson, Eapen Leubner, Dante Mireles, and Jim Sena, along with a Community Chorus, this single performance of witty and tuneful music will amuse all ages!
THE BRITISH ARE COMING! Conductor and world-renowned organist, Derek Carden returns to Colorado from London, UK to direct this production. Also flying in from London, is Stage Director and Bass-Baritone, Leon Berger to perform the comedic role of The Judge!
